Safe Ways to Send XOXO's

Posted by

Sending flowers from your local florist is not only a safe way to connect with loved ones, but also a great way to boost someone’s energy and reduce anxiety, according to research from Harvard University and Massachusetts General Hospital.

It is reassuring that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging, food, or fresh products like flowers, but we remain committed to best practices with regard to hygiene and sanitation. Here's what we are doing....

Our drivers are:

  • Disinfecting delivery vehicles after each delivery
  • Wearing latex gloves
  • Leaving flowers at door or outside business to eliminate “hand delivery”

In and around our store:

  • Disinfecting all surfaces several times throughout the day
  • Offering Curbside pick up, pay online and we can bring out to your car. We are currently remaining opening but as we all know this could change so please call before you come!
