A base price delivery fee of $14.95 will be added to each local order, for each address. The price may vary dependent upon the zip code to the delivery location.

U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We strive to deliver all of our floral deliveries in a timely fashion, but we do sort our deliveries dependent upon location.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sunday. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders via email. We will contact you directly once we've received your email. Please click on International Orders to start your order.

Saturday delivery may not be available for all zip codes. If Saturday delivery is not available than the delivery date will be moved to the following Monday or Tuesday depending on the perishability of the product. An automated message will be sent if the delivery date needed to be changed for a Saturday delivery.

US Delivery Policies

1. There is a 12pm cut-off time for most items, if an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day.
2. Saturday delivery is available for most areas. There is no Sunday delivery available.
3. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. For specific items including fresh fruit and gourmet items these may not be available for delivery on Monday.
4. A valid telephone number needs to be provided for the recipient in order to assist FedEx or DHL with delivery of your gift. If a valid phone number is not provided, than delivery for your gift may be delayed.
5. Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge.
6. The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home. Also, we do not guarantee time delivery requests.
7. We can not deliver to hospitals or funeral homes.
8. Items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxees or APO's.
9. Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are available for 2-day delivery for an extra charge of $12.00. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional day.

Canadian Delivery Policies

1. There is a 12pm cut-off time for most items, if an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day.
2. Overnight service is not guaranteed for Canada. 2-day service will receive priority and will be delivered in 1-2 days. Ground service will arrive in 3-7 days.
3. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery available.

• Sales tax will be not be added to all gifts being delivered/shipped to Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia however, sales tax will be added outside of our local delivery area.
• Our baskets are hand delivered in the Washington, DC area or shipped via UPS Ground in the continental United States.
• Faster shipping options are available - but cost additional. Consult with Palace Florists for additional charges.
• For your convenience, we can also provide third party billing, using your UPS or FedEx Account number. If you decide to use this option, there will be a $5 boxing fee charge per gift basket.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
